iPhone 4s

Did not work on phone or iPad mini. Spoke with customer service via email. It took two days for a response. They then told me it didnt work on the iPhone 4/4s. Then the next day they emailed me back and said they were sending an update 2.7. Its been two days and the update hasnt shown up in the App Store. They then emailed me back and asked what country was I linked to (App Store). If they sent an update shouldnt they have sent it to all App Stores?
