iPhone lover for years

I thought this was going to be the coolest idea ever but incoming msgs, texts, alerts that make my phone vibrate set off the motion alarm! Also when you open the phone and it asks for the code, simply pressing the home
Button will bypass that! What the hell is the point of the pass code lock if the home button can bypass it? I want my money back or this needs to be fixed
